1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tandoor Indian Restaurant ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at tandoorhayward.com (the "Site") or placing an order through our online ordering system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Online Ordering

When you place an order through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You agree to pay for all items ordered at the prices listed at the time of purchase
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment: We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Tax: Sales tax of 8.5% is added to all orders in accordance with California state and local tax requirements.

4. Order Cancellation and Modifications

• Orders can be cancelled or modified by calling us at (510) 555-0123 before preparation begins
• Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Pickup Orders

For pickup orders:

• Please arrive at the scheduled pickup time
• Bring a valid ID and order confirmation
• Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded
• We are not responsible for orders left unclaimed

6. Delivery Services

Delivery is provided through third-party services (DoorDash). Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and traffic
• Third-party delivery terms and fees apply
• We are not responsible for issues that occur during third-party delivery

7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We take food allergies seriously. However:

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish
• Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts
• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering
• Guests with severe allergies should exercise caution

8. Catering Services

For catering orders:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required
• A 50% deposit may be required for large orders
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit
• Final headcount must be confirmed 24 hours before the event

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tandoor Indian Restaurant and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tandoor Indian Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services.
